At Soumi's Bangladesh Best Cosmetics Shop, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible.

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You can return products within 10 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: Our team will issue a return authorization and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
